Senior Contract Specialist

A leading manufacturing company based in Jeddah is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to join its Supply Chain team.

We are looking for a motivated Saudi with 3–7 years of experience in contract management who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing industrial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from tender preparation and drafting to negotiation, execution, administration, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, service contracts, and purchase agreements.
• Support procurement and sourcing activities by developing contract strategies and commercial terms.
• Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams throughout the contracting process.
• Maintain contract records, monitor key milestones, and ensure timely renewals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within contract management processes.

Qualifications

• Saudi.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in contracts
• Strong understanding of contract drafting, negotiation, tendering, procurement, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as (WCC), CIPS, CPCM, CCS, or PMP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or SAP Ariba.
