Job Title: F&B Project Manager
Job Level: Senior
Department: F&B Project Operations
Salary Range (Full-time): SGD 5,000 – 6,000 per month
Work Arrangement: Primarily based at HQ (Orchard), with occasional travel to outlets as required.
Working Schedule: Onsite, with 6 off days per month.
Overall Job Objectives:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager (F&B) to oversee restaurant construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from planning through successful completion. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with operational requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has experience managing F&B development projects and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant construction, renovation, and fit-out projects from planning through completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively while maintaining quality and operational standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, designers, suppliers, landlords, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review layout plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp to ensure operational feasibility and brand requirements are met.
- Support the transition from project completion to outlet operations, ensuring operational readiness and proper handover.
- Monitor project quality, maintenance requirements, workplace safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Identify project risks and recommend practical solutions to support successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and documentation for management review.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent relevant qualification in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in F&B project management, restaurant construction, renovations, or outlet development.
- Experience supporting franchise or multi-outlet projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications: (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience or background in Interior Design.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen planning and equipment layouts.
- Knowledge of material sourcing and procurement processes.
- Understanding of F&B operational workflows and outlet setup requirements
