The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a mining MNC to look for a Global Process Owner (Order-to-Cash / Logistics) who leads end-to-end Order-to-Cash and logistics process transformation within a SAP S/4HANA programme by driving process design, standardisation, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption to deliver a streamlined, business-led operating model..

The Talent

Core Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in ERP transformation, SAP implementation, or business process design roles.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Contract-to-Cash (C2C) and logistics end-to-end processes.
• Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations , including process design, integration, and delivery.
• Knowledge of process standardisation, Lean / Six Sigma , and enterprise process frameworks.
• Experience working with stakeholders, business users, architects, and system integrators in global transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex, cross-functional environments.

Job Description

• Own and govern end-to-end business process design for the Move & Sell workstream, ensuring alignment to Fit-to-Standard and enterprise design principles.
• Lead process standardisation and simplification across contract, pricing, order management, invoicing, credit, settlement, logistics, and shipping execution .
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into SAP functional design with architects, data teams, and system integrators.
• Drive process documentation, modelling (Signavio), and solution validation , ensuring integration across systems and workstreams.
• Oversee data simplification, reporting alignment, and KPI adoption to support real-time, standardised decision-making.
• Lead change management, training, and business readiness to ensure successful user adoption of SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Ensure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and KPI tracking across implementation phases.
• Promote continuous improvement , clean-core principles, and ongoing optimisation of business processes post-deployment.
