Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and process vendor payments
• Prepare and analyse financial reports
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Track and manage project-related costs and budgets
• Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders
• Support GST filings and corporate tax submissions

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a lean team environment
• Good communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders
