Job description

We are looking for a Client Success Executive who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term relationships.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will support them throughout their journey by coordinating reviews, managing enquiries, facilitating policy servicing requests, and ensuring every client receives timely and professional support. You will also work closely with our advisory team to enhance client engagement and improve service processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact on the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
  • Coordinate annual client reviews and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist clients with policy servicing, administrative requests and claims coordination.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is updated in internal systems.
  • Follow up on outstanding client requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Coordinate client appreciation events, seminars and engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with advisers to ensure high service standards and strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and internal service processes.
  • Prepare service reports and monitor client engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
