Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Store Performance

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Be able to be an exceptional story teller at store.
  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
  • Understand sales performance through regular analysis of sales data, customer behaviour and product trends.
  • Recommend and implement promotional activities and sales initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, market awareness, competitor activities and pricing trends.

Customer Experience

  • Be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries across both online and offline channels.
  • Manage end-to-end customer communication, including enquiries, after-sales service and issue resolution.
  • Be attentive to customers and able to react in a timely manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate confidently using OMNO's brand language and customer experience standards.

Community & Events

  • Plan, organise and execute occasional in-store workshops, community events and customer experiences with team members
  • Build and nurture relationships with OMNO's customer community, partners and collaborators.
  • Coordinate closely with junior staff and external collaborators to ensure successful campaign and event execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally at community activations and external events.

Team Leadership

  • Train, coach and onboard full-time and part-time retail staff.
  • Maintain high customer service standards across the team.
  • Schedule and supervise retail staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

Inventory & Operations

  • Liaise closely with the Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager to ensure adequate stock for store operations, events and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning for new launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure operational procedures and store SOPs are consistently followed.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
