Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Course Delivery (Daily Operations)

  • Program Ownership: Serve as the Course Coordinator for ITE’s Workplace Training Centre (WTC).
  • Trend Spotting: Assist in conducting environmental scans on emerging industry trends impacting current and future WSQ/non-WSQ courses.
  • Trainer Management: Track and update trainer eligibility and issue official trainer confirmations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate product briefing sessions for new training programs across trainers, administration, quality, and operations teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure top-tier service standards through periodic classroom observations and tracking performance indicators.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Liaison with key accreditation awarding bodies (including SSG, MOM, and ITE) regarding accreditation, audits, and grant receivables.
  • Agile Projects: Take on exciting ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.

2. Workshop Facilities & Technical Inventory Management

  • Asset Management: Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and tracking of workshop and training inventories.
  • Contractor Collaboration: Partner with appointed maintenance contractors to schedule and oversee regular facility upgrades and repairs.
  • Safety First: Drive a culture of safety by ensuring absolute compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards.
  • Space Optimisation: Monitor facility usage and proactively identify smart areas for improvement or renovation.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in managing facility bookings and scheduling for training and special events.

3. Growth, Sales & Marketing Support

  • Market Intelligence: Support company corporate visits, sales promotions, and competitive analysis.
  • Event Management: Flex your organizing skills by supporting seminars, industry events, and roadshows.
  • Course Promotion: Actively advocate for and promote ASPRI-IPI courses directly to trainees.

4. Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Frontline Engagement: Provide excellent customer support by handling enquiries from members, the public, corporate clients, associate trainers, and trainees.
  • Market Insight: Assist in gathering on-the-ground market intelligence to help us stay ahead.

5. Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Partner Performance: Manage and monitor the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure they meet our high standards of service

6. Quality Management

  • SOP Governance: Ensure seamless compliance and monitoring of our in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Track and monitor strict compliance with the external requirements imposed by accreditation bodies.

What We Are Looking For (Key Competencies)

  • Education: Open to fresh graduates! Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Experience & Knowledge: No prior experience required—comprehensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) will be provided to equip you for success.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to collaborate in a team.
  • Mindset: Highly initiative-driven, mature, resourceful, and possesses a strong positive attitude.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, handle pressure with grit, and solve problems creatively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new IT applications and syste
