As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt engineering and AI model refinement.
• Evaluating AI outputs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Translating SOPs, policies, and decision trees into AI-readable logic.
• Creating and optimizing workflows.
• Testing and validating AI performance across real service scenarios.
• Partnering with operations, product, and service teams to accelerate launch readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow instructions.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with strong organizational skills. Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience using generative AI tools effectively.
• Experience creating, interpreting, or improving SOPs and process documentation is a strong plus.
