Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives .

Key responsibilities

As an Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the AI Hub Transformation team around project management
• Supporting the AI Transformation Lead with activities in go to market (e.g. preparing materials for client presentations)
• Contributing to seamless communications and collaboration with AI stakeholders
• Working closely with territory and Line of Service (LoS) leadership to align and collaborate on Singapore AI digital priorities
• Organising and coordinating engagement with stakeholders
• Support the onboarding and alignment of AI tools with both local and global strategies

• Ability to work in high pressure, complex and high-performance environments
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks
• Project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects
• Ability to obtain results in the face of obstacles or blockages, or despite ambiguity or incomplete information
• Ability to develop trusted relationships across all levels and manage expectations of team members and internal stakeholders
• Proactive approach and attention to detail
• Confidence using digital tools and a desire to further these skills
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn, combined with a creative spirit
• Curious mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo

Experience Required

• Knowledge and experience in project management
• Experience in meeting facilitation and management
• Experience in creative problem solving to successfully deliver business outcomes
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g. CoPilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) (desirable)
• Experience of digital transformation initiatives (desirable)
• Experience as a Digital Accelerator (desirable)
• Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint (desirable)
