Data Quality Analyst

Role Description The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and improving the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems and business processes. Day-to-day activities include defining data quality rules, running data quality checks, analyzing issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams to investigate and remediate data problems. The role also involves supporting data governance activities, documenting data standards, and contributing to data management and reporting projects. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with a mix of on-site work and the option to work from home for part of the week.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Data Quality and Data Governance, including the ability to define data rules, monitor data, and support data standards and policies.
• Proficiency in Data Management, with experience handling data across multiple systems, ensuring proper data lineage, and maintaining data integrity.
• Solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to investigate data issues, interpret trends, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with Data Analytics, such as using analytical tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools) to evaluate data quality and support reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, business intelligence, or enterprise data platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain data issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
