Job description

GeoHarbour Saudi Arabia is expanding its footprint across the Kingdom and is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support the company’s organizational and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations).

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for projects and departments.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (contracts, leave, promotions, and terminations).
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop training and development programs and improve employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and key performance indicators (HR KPIs).

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing HR teams.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in project-based or operational companies is preferred.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
