Job description

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Office-Based)

Reporting To: Sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive (B2B) to join our growing team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the fleet, logistics, or transportation industry, with a proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who excels at identifying client needs, negotiating commercial agreements, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new B2B business opportunities across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company's services.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Previous experience in the fleet, logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Self-motivated with strong business development and account management capabilities.
