Business Analyst / Test Coordinator/ Test Manager rfx1576288 & rfx1576289

Tasks and responsibilities

• Support a regulatory data implementation programme with a focus on end-to-end testing activities
• Plan and coordinate the overall testing approach for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression testing
• Coordinate and track defects, ensuring clear documentation, prioritisation, and follow-up
• Support business users throughout UAT and facilitate structured business sign-off
• Report testing progress, results, and risks to the project team
• Contribute to go-live readiness by ensuring testing completion criteria and quality gates are achieved

Must-have criteria

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Specialist within IT transformation or regulatory projects
• Strong hands-on experience with SIT and UAT, including test preparation, execution, and regression testing
• Experience with regulatory reporting initiatives within financial services (e.g. AnaCredit)
• Experience validating data pipelines, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation of large regulatory datasets, and data quality
• Experience working with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
• Experience using defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and test documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment

Nice-to-have criteria

• Knowledge of the EKE project
• SLQ knowledge
• ISTQB Foundation (or equivalent testing certification)
• German language skills
