Business Analyst / Test Coordinator (SIT/UAT & Regulatory Reporting)

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the overall testing approach for SIT and UAT.
• Prepare, document, maintain, and execute test cases, including regression tests.
• Coordinate and track defects, ensuring documentation, prioritization, and resolution follow-up.
• Support business users during UAT and facilitate business sign-off.
• Report test progress, results, and risks to the project team.
• Contribute to go-live readiness by ensuring testing completion criteria and quality gates are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester Specialist in IT transformation or regulatory projects.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, test case preparation, execution, and regression testing.
• Experience in regulatory reporting projects within financial services (e.g., AnaCredit).
• Experience validating data pipelines, source-to-target data mapping, and reconciliation of financial/regulatory datasets.
• Ability to work with business, IT, and external vendors.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or equivalent).
• Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and test documentation standards.
• Knowledge of the EKE project is desired.
• ISTQB Foundation certification recommended but not mandatory.
• Business fluent English required; German is an advantage.
