The Role
We are looking for a Senior Media Planner who genuinely enjoys paid social and search. Someone who gets excited by a campaign that is performing well, a CPA that continues to improve, and a client who trusts your recommendations because you know your craft.
You will own strategy and execution across Meta, Google and TikTok for a fast-moving, performance-led account. This is a hands-on, data-led role where your work directly shows up in the numbers. What You’ll Do
Build the Strategy
You will develop paid social and search strategies that connect clearly to business goals, audience insights and performance outcomes. This includes using audience, category and competitive insights to shape channel recommendations, platform choices and campaign structures.
You will also define clear KPI frameworks across metrics such as CPA, ROAS and conversions, ensuring plans are built to deliver measurable results.
Run the Campaigns
You will manage campaign setup, launch, optimisation and performance monitoring across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok. You will be expected to watch the numbers closely, make informed optimisation decisions and keep performance moving in the right direction.
You will also stay close to platform updates, product changes and best practices, ensuring the team is proactive rather than reactive.
Own the Client Relationship
You will be a key day-to-day contact for clients on strategy, planning, campaign performance and reporting. You should be able to explain what the results mean clearly and confidently, without hiding behind jargon.
You will support client discussions with sharp thinking, practical recommendations and reporting that is timely, clear and genuinely useful.
Keep Things Running Smoothly
You will manage budgets accurately, track spend closely and ensure campaign delivery remains clean and accountable. You will also work closely with finance, buying and internal teams on budget allocation, reconciliation and operational follow-through.
What You’ll Bring
The Essentials
You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience running paid social and/or search campaigns, with strong working knowledge of Meta and Google platforms, including Search, Display and Shopping.
You should be comfortable with campaign setup, audience configuration, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis. You should also know your key metrics well, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion funnels.
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, is confident in a client-facing setting, stays calm under pressure and is organised enough to manage deadlines, campaign details and multiple moving parts.
