Possess degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, orrelated discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the ICT industry and/or Governmentprocurement
Experience in Government e-procurement systems, tender evaluation and contract negotiation will be advantageous
Familiarity with Government IM on Procurement will be advantageous
Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices
Understanding of ICT market trends and pricing models
Experience in managing Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Agile projects will beadvantageous
Participation in full software or product development cycles will be advantageous
Proven experience in IT business analysis
Experience in automation of Contract Management Systems or have built tools usingGenerative AI, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Co-pilot, for the optimization of procurement and contract management and operations will be advantageous
