This role is with CloudsineAI , a startup supported by SGInnovate.

Background

CloudsineAI (https://www.cloudsine.tech) is an up and coming GenAI security product company headquartered in Singapore. Our WebOrion and TraceCtrl are our proprietary software that empowers enterprises and communities to adopt GenAI for web defacement monitoring and cutting edge Agentic AI security observability and control. As we scale, we are building a strong marketing backbone to support growth across enterprise and government customers.

What you will be working on:

We're rebuilding our marketing function for the agentic era. We need an AI-native demand-generation operator who can build a pipeline-generating function from the ground up — directing AI agents as a force multiplier, not just using them.

This is a mid-career, hands-on operator role with three roughly equal areas of responsibility. We expect you to have been building agentic AI workflows for the last 2 years or so — which is roughly as long as the technology has been usable in production.

Job scope

Three areas of responsibility:

1. Demand Generation

Own multi-product pipeline build. Design and run experiments across paid, organic, partner co-marketing, and outbound. Build attribution and scoring. Direct AI agents to produce, distribute, and measure marketing assets and campaigns — copy, creative, landing pages, outbound sequences, dashboards.

2. Product Marketing

Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence across our product portfolio. Translate engineering velocity into customer-resonant narrative. Build the toolkit the sales team uses every day.

3. Community Build

Drive the launch and growth of a new regional community in agentic AI security — podcasts, blogs, live events, and an active digital presence. The community sits at the intersection of four audiences we serve: enterprise leaders, AI builders, cybersecurity practitioners, and DevSecOps engineers. You set the editorial calendar, run the production schedule, and own audience growth.

Direction comes from the CCO in the early phase. Expect this scope to evolve as the community matures and as we bring in regional voices and partners. Your KPIs are community build and engagement first (audience growth, content cadence, active members, engagement rate); pipeline conversion second — this is a long-game brand asset, not a short-term lead form.

Throughline KPI — Brand Leadership

The three areas above all serve one outcome: make CloudsineAI a regionally and globally recognized AI security company for enterprises. That's the KPI we measure your work against. Demand gen pipeline, product marketing assets, and community engagement are the means — brand leadership is the end. What that looks like in practice: CloudsineAI surfacing in industry analyst conversations, regional cybersecurity narratives, enterprise buyer shortlists, and global agentic-AI-security commentary. We want momentum on this within your first year.
