Job Description About us

dreamleap is a Swiss Agentic AI platform that, through deeply integrated AI in business processes, is redefining how regulated SMEs will work in the future. We develop solutions that enable companies to intelligently leverage their data, documents, and processes - securely, efficiently, and responsibly.

In addition to our platform, we support companies with hands-on training and strategic consulting to prepare their employees for an AI-driven future.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for you as AI Engineer , who enjoys client interaction and product development, and is eager to dive deeper into business processes and AI use cases.

Your Role

As an AI / Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the development of next-generation AI solutions. You will have the chance to enhance your software development skills and gain valuable experience in the fast-paced startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Software Development: Contribute to the development and optimization of our software products using Python and Azure OpenAI.
• Assist in the development of the NextJS frontend if you have an interest in full-stack engineering.
• Feature Development: Conceptualize and implement new functionalities.
• AI Training Support: Aid in highly technical trainings and deployment of AI & ML models.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science or AI, Information Technology, or experience in a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Passion for AI: A deep interest in AI technologies and eagerness to contribute to innovative projects.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong drive to achieve common goals.
• Explorer: You constantly learn, try out tools, and are happy to share your thoughts, learnings with others.
