HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day after-sales operations, including spare parts and repair activities, ensuring efficient and timely processing
- Create, enter, and continuously monitor sales and repair orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Track order status throughout the entire lifecycle, proactively managing priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests to meet customer expectations
- Act as a key support interface for customer inquiries, providing prompt, reliable, and solution-oriented assistance in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain regular operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in customer service, back office operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of reliability, flexibility, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., data handling, basic analysis, and reporting)
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team spirit and collaboration within an international and multicultural environment
