Job Description We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a leading international banking environment. In this role, you'll support regulatory reporting and compliance analytics, deliver data-driven insights, and work closely with business stakeholders to develop analytical solutions that support risk and regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions that support Compliance, Risk Management and Legal functions.
• Execute regular and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.
• Assess and manage business change requests related to data and reporting.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical and business documentation.
• Design, develop, validate, implement and monitor analytical models to support Compliance processes and controls where required.

Competences

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Banking & Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, ideally within project environments.
• Strong banking experience, particularly within Compliance, Risk Management or Legal.
• Strong SQL/database programming skills.
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
