Data Analyst

Location: Zurich

Contract Duration: Immediate start - 3 0th September 2026 Employment: 100% (Project-based)

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a focus on regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven analytics solutions.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage business change requests.
• Execute regular and ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
• Design, develop, validate, implement, and monitor analytical models to support Compliance processes and control execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably within a project-based environment.
• Strong banking experience with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal.
• Strong SQL and database programming skills.
• Proficiency in Python or another relevant programming language.
• Experience in business analysis and/or project management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation.
