Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the Direct-to-Consumer Merchandise team with the analysis and coordination across planning processes and projects. In this role, you'll support the team to deliver comprehensive overviews for different channels, categories, and countries to highlight relevant information to the merchandise management team and support in a cross-departmental alignment ensuring our systems ensure a smooth go-to-market process.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months based on performance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop new skills in a supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Create and update comprehensive trade reports to support the DTC Merchandise team's planning and decision-making processes.
• Support the team and manager on ad hoc analysis and prepare presentations to deliver channel, category, and country overviews to merchandise management.
• Support marketplace merchandise projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate and maintain DTC merchandise files to facilitate smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Manage merchandise systems to ensure efficient go-to-market processes and timely product launches.
• Conduct trend and market research to feed into product assortment strategies for concession partners.
• Be in contact with the DTC Merchandise team to ensure support on the different channels.

You have the following skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented approach with focus on accuracy in reporting and analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with proactive and organised working style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Passion for product & sports (fashion) industry.
