Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI applications and deliver innovative enterprise solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications powered by LLMs and Generative AI.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
• Develop scalable AI solutions for production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Improve model performance, prompts, and AI workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, or a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, cloud platforms, APIs, or MLOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
