Job description

Location: Muscat, Oman.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Hatching Eggs to drive commercial growth and expand market presence across the region. The role will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and increasing market share within the hatching eggs industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hatching eggs sales and extensive knowledge of regional poultry markets.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of hatching eggs within the MENA region.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow the company's hatching eggs business across the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hatcheries, distributors, poultry producers, and key commercial partners.
  • Manage existing customer accounts while driving new customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contractual terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, commercial reports, and market analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and regional business engagements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's long-term commercial growth strategy.
