Graduate Analyst, Global Transaction & Payment Services (Singapore)

Responsibilities

Join our structured 2-year program designed to build future leaders in the below functions. You will be deployed to one of the below teams:

Front Office

• Contribute to client acquisition, revenue growth & budget delivery (Cash, Trade, Payments)
• Contribute to the structuring and execution of tailored Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) solutions
• Manage pipeline and client analytics
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding, delivery & servicing

Business Managment / Stratgey and Risk Managment

• Support business performance tracking, data analysis & insights
• Contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives
• Assist in risk, control, and governance activities
• Contribute to high quality reporting for senior management Profile required

• Graduate with degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or related fields
• Background in Data Analytics, Modeling and AI
• Sharp analytical mind: Distill complex data into actionable insights
• Effective communication skills
• Fluent English (required); Asian languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi) advantageous
• Experience: 0-2 years (internships welcome; banking experience not essential)
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset Business insight

Department Description

Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) is designed for domestic and international financial companies and institutions seeking support with transactions (bank, commercial and corporate transactions) and/or payments.

With a presence in over 50 countries, GTPS offers a comprehensive and integrated range of services based on the expertise of Transaction Banking and Payment Services.

In Asia Pacific, GTPS offers Global Transaction Banking services and products in 6 locations accross Payments & Cash Management, Trade Finance, Factoring and Cash Clearing & Correspondant Banking.
