Job Title: Project Specialist – Business Development Support
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: On-Site – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week)

Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Specialist – Business Development Support to coordinate awarded projects and customer orders from project handover through successful completion.
This role serves as the central coordination point between customers, suppliers, procurement, logistics, operations, finance, and installation teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, delivered on time, and supported with professional customer communication.
The successful candidate will enable the Assistant Manager – Business Development to focus on business development, client acquisition, relationship management, market expansion, and revenue generation while ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate projects from handover through completion.
• Coordinate activities with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Installation Teams.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, installations, approvals, and project documentation.
• Maintain CRM, Basecamp, Dropbox, project trackers, and reporting systems.
• Prepare weekly project status updates and management reports.
•Support customer communication, issue resolution, project handover, and closure.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, procurement support, supply chain coordination, or customer service.
•Experience in Flooring, Interior Solutions, FF&E, Hospitality Projects, Construction Materials, or Fit-Out industries will be an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up discipline.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
