Job description

Biowaste is one of the world's most underutilised resources. We're fixing that β€” and we need someone to help us run the engine room.

Pelleton Renewables is hiring a Business Operations Manager in Singapore πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬

We're a Swiss clean tech company with patented technology that turns biowaste into high-value energy pellets. Demo plant live in Brisbane. Commercial projects underway. 11 plants worldwide by 2030.

We're in execution mode β€” and we need someone who thrives there.

This is not a strategy role. Pure execution across:

β†’ CEO support & project tracking

β†’ Finance & administration

β†’ Corporate governance

β†’ HR operations

β†’ Marketing & investor comms

What we're looking for:

βœ” 3–6 years in operations or a generalist startup role

βœ” High EQ, high follow-through, zero tolerance for things slipping silently

βœ” You build the process β€” you don't wait for one to exist

βœ” Fluent with AI tools in daily work

πŸ“ Singapore-based | Hybrid | 60–100% β€” flexible arrangement considered

We only consider applications received directly at careers@pelletonrenewables.com. Please include a short cover letter (max 200 words) telling us the most unglamorous thing you've owned operationally β€” and how you made it run well. Applications without a cover letter will not be reviewed.
