Biowaste is one of the world's most underutilised resources. We're fixing that — and we need someone to help us run the engine room.
Pelleton Renewables is hiring a Business Operations Manager in Singapore 🇸🇬
We're a Swiss clean tech company with patented technology that turns biowaste into high-value energy pellets. Demo plant live in Brisbane. Commercial projects underway. 11 plants worldwide by 2030.
We're in execution mode — and we need someone who thrives there.
This is not a strategy role. Pure execution across:
→ CEO support & project tracking
→ Finance & administration
→ Corporate governance
→ HR operations
→ Marketing & investor comms
What we're looking for:
✔ 3–6 years in operations or a generalist startup role
✔ High EQ, high follow-through, zero tolerance for things slipping silently
✔ You build the process — you don't wait for one to exist
✔ Fluent with AI tools in daily work
📍 Singapore-based | Hybrid | 60–100% — flexible arrangement considered
