You'll need to be proactive, strategic, and able to navigate complex organisational dynamics. By doing so, you'll drive business outcomes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to OCBC's continued success.

What you do

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

  • Analyse business needs and develop tailored HR solutions to drive business outcomes

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent

  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters

  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement Who you are

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex organisational dynamics

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
