  • Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,200 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Facilities Supervisor to support site operations, facilities maintenance, workforce coordination, and workplace safety. You will ensure daily operational plans are executed smoothly, equipment and facilities are well maintained, and safety standards are followed across the site. This role suits someone with experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, or industrial site supervision who enjoys practical, on-the-groundwork.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities across different group of operations site workers
  • Assign tasks to workers and ensure smooth execution of daily operations
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and output against daily targets
  • Report issues, delays, or manpower shortages to management
  • Support delivery and logistics coordination

Facilities & Maintenance

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and site facilities
  • Support repairs for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems (drainage, hardstands, structures) alongside mechanical and farm equipment)
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing and repairs
  • Manage basic spare parts and maintenance inventory
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation

Farm Systems Monitoring

  • Check and monitor farm systems (irrigation, pumps, fans, cooling systems, etc.)
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
  • Ensure systems operate within required parameters

Workplace Safety (WSH)

  • Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and site safety rules
  • Conduct daily safety checks and toolbox briefings
  • Support incident reporting and investigation
  • Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance readiness

Compliance & Administration

  • Support regulatory and compliance documentation (WSH, BizSafe, SFA, etc.)
  • Track renewals for safety and maintenance-related services
  • Maintain organized site records and reports

Facility Upkeep & Coordination

  • Monitor building and infrastructure condition and arrange repairs
  • Coordinate minor repairs and escalate larger works to contractors
  • Maintain clean and safe site facilities and storage areas
  • Coordinate waste management activities

Logistics & Vehicle Coordination

  • Manage vehicle scheduling and usage across operations
  • Coordinate transport and manpower support requests
  • Track vehicle usage for reporting and cost allocation

Reporting

  • Submit daily operations plans and end-of-day reports
  • Provide weekly maintenance and activity summaries
  • Escalate urgent issues promptly

Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or site supervision
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems or building maintenance
  • Familiar with workplace safety practices and site operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in outdoor/industrial site conditions
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • WSH or BizSafe certification is an advantage

Pay: $1,900.00 - $2,200.00 per month
