Fincons is looking for a ADA Developer

Tasks

For a client in the field of Air Traffic Control, the resource will:

• Implement and review ADA code changes in the FDPS environment in line with approved change requests.

• Update requirements, design, and technical documentation to ensure full traceability and maintain an auditable documentation baseline.

• Develop test scripts and conduct system and unit testing to validate software modifications and ensure compliance with functional and safety requirements.

• Investigate incidents affecting the FDPS , identify root causes, and support corrective actions to restore normal operation.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering in a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a backend developer in one the following programming languages: ADA, Java or C++.
• Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as software developer working on maintenance and evolution of mission critical systems with large code base (> 100 KLoC).
• Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience in Linux environment
• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Scrum or Kanban methodology using tools like Jira and BitBucket or equivalent.

Desirable:

• Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as an ADA developer.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in Air Traffic Management domain.
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in writing high-quality technical documentation (specifications, design document, test descriptions, user manual, etc)

English (C1) mandatory.
