Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support migration from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Analyse current processes and map to new HRIS solutions
  • Perform data migration (extraction, cleansing, validation)
  • Support configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth transition
  • Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements

Requirements :

  • Experience in HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
  • Background in system migration or implementation projects
  • Familiarity with legacy HR/payroll systems
  • Strong understanding of HR data and processes
  • Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
