Job Responsibilities :
- Support migration from legacy HR systems to SAP SuccessFactors
- Analyse current processes and map to new HRIS solutions
- Perform data migration (extraction, cleansing, validation)
- Support configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth transition
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
Requirements :
- Experience in HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
- Background in system migration or implementation projects
- Familiarity with legacy HR/payroll systems
- Strong understanding of HR data and processes
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
