Position: Sales Manager – Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Location: Bishan, Singapore

Salary: SGD 5,000 – 6,000 + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Time : 5.5 days | 9:30am - 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and drive new business opportunities for air freight, sea freight, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Manage and grow key corporate client accounts while building strong long-term business relationships.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company's client portfolio.
• Promote integrated logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions to corporate clients.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
• Work closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
• Develop business opportunities across regional markets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, 3PL, shipping, or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing corporate or enterprise clients.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling regional customer accounts will be an added advantage.
