Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst | Banking Transformation | Up to SGD $12 ,000/month

We are working closely with a fast-growing AI and Data consultancy delivering enterprise transformation projects across APAC.

Headquartered in Singapore, our client partners with leading banks and financial institutions to deliver large-scale transformation, data, AI and Generative AI initiatives. As an AWS-exclusive partner, they are helping organisations modernise banking operations through cutting-edge technology and consulting expertise.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or Transformation professional within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience within Institutional Banking, including areas such as Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Treasury, Lending, Capital Markets, Risk & Compliance, Trade Finance or Banking Operations.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale banking transformation or enterprise change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes and producing functional specifications.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams across complex transformation initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within consulting environments is highly desirable.
• Exposure to digital transformation, AI, workflow automation or data modernisation projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior banking stakeholders to understand business challenges and transformation priorities.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process maps and user stories.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives across institutional banking functions.
• Collaborate with consulting, product and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and operational improvements.
• Support UAT, business validation and change management throughout programme delivery.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and business documentation.

Salary:

Up to SGD $12,000 per month (depending on experience)

Singapore (Hybrid)
