Job Description The Performance Officer supports the Regional Support Branches & Regulatory Affairs unit by monitoring performance data, analysing operational results, and coordinating reporting activities to ensure accurate visibility of branch performance. The role tracks KPIs, validates submissions, and prepares performance dashboards to highlight trends, gaps, and improvement needs. By enabling data-driven insights and supporting performance improvement initiatives, the role contributes to enhanced operational efficiency and stronger regulatory compliance across all regions.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Track performance metrics for regional support branches to provide accurate visibility on operational and regulatory compliance levels.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly performance reports to highlight trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate data collection from stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent submission of performance inputs.
  • Analyze performance variances across regions to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives to enhance branch efficiency and regulatory alignment.
  • Validate the accuracy of submitted performance data to maintain integrity and reliability of reported results.
  • Prepare dashboards and visual summaries to enable management teams to monitor KPIs effectively.
  • Assist in developing performance standards and targets to promote consistent operational excellence across branches.

HRDF support – registration ,follow-up, maintain all the process

Skills Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Strong knowledge within a retail or multi-branch environment is required.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or business support roles. Experience in retail operations or multi-branch environments with exposure to KPI tracking and dashboard
