Automation Tester (Tosca)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca to design and execute automated test solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through scriptless test automation and continuous testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests using Tosca’s model-based approach
• Create and manage Tosca Modules, TestCases, TestSheets, and Test Data
• Perform API, UI, and integration testing using Tosca
• Identify and report defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements
• Maintain test artifacts and ensure proper documentation
• Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure test coverage and quality metrics are met

Requirement

• 3+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on Tosca automation
• Good understanding of model-based testing (MBT)
• Experience working with:

-Tosca Commander

-Tosca TestCase Design

-Tosca Execution Lists

• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of API testing and databases (SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
