Senior Reefer Export Forwarder & Export Reefer Forwarder

The handling of chilled and frozen products requires special attention and skills. With our modern equipment and in-house knowledge, we offer global solutions for chilled and frozen products by road, sea and air.

We are building out our current Reefer SEA department in Rotterdam and are looking for two profiles:

• A Senior Forwarder with solid experience and ownership mindset
• A Forwarder (3–5 years experience) ready to take the next step

What you will do

• Handle and coordinate reefer export shipments
• Take responsibility for bookings, customer dialogue, and execution
• Monitor shipments and solve issues proactively
• Work closely with carriers, customers, and global colleagues
• Contribute to improving processes and ways of working

What we are looking for

For the Senior profile:

• Strong experience in ocean forwarding (reefer export preferred)
• Solid A–Z understanding of forwarding
• Ability to take ownership and drive operations independently

For the Forwarder (3–5 years):

• Experience within ocean freight forwarding
• Good understanding of logistics processes
• Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility

For both:

• Proactive and structured mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
