You get it done Identifying, analyzing, and solving operational problems in our warehouse in Moerdijk and Tholen: you work on it.

How do you do this? As a troubleshooter, you are responsible for detecting, investigating, and resolving operational problems caused by human errors and/or system issues. You play a crucial role in identifying the root causes of these problems and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. Additionally, it is your task to ensure that similar problems can be prevented in the future. You achieve this by:

• analyzing and prioritizing reported operational problems, reporting to the supervisor;
• improving operational processes by developing and implementing improvement proposals;
• providing information and answering questions from colleagues and customers regarding malfunctions;
• resolving operational damages/problems.

You bring

• passion for the profession! You also know how to convey this to others;
• experience within a warehouse environment. Additionally, if you have experience in a similar role, that's a plus;
• willingness to work in shifts;
• forklift and/or reach truck certificate is an advantage.
