Premier Banking, Sales Manager
We are partnering with a reputable international bank to hire a Premier Wealth Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced wealth management professional to step into a leadership role, overseeing a team of Premier Relationship Managers and driving business growth within the affluent segment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Premier Relationship Managers to achieve sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets

Drive team performance through effective sales management, pipeline monitoring, and regular coaching sessions

Foster a high-performance culture focused on client-centricity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Monitor portfolio performance and ensure achievement of key business objectives across the team
-
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards
Requirements
-
Proven experience within Priority Banking, Premier Banking, or Wealth Management
-
Demonstrated success as a Relationship Manager with a strong track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth

Prior leadership, team management, or mentoring experience is highly preferred
