Job Description Responsible for administration, testing and support of card management and payment switch applications in a banking environment. Supports card issuing, acquiring, ATM controller and payment switch systems, handles certifications with Visa/Mastercard and central bank, participates in DR activities, and ensures compliance with PCI DSS and local regulations. Works in SLA-driven ITIL processes and coordinates with infrastructure, development and business teams.
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 6 years IT support experience in large organisations; at least 3 years in card application administration/testing/support.

- PCI DSS (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Administer and support card management and payment switch applications (card issuing, acquiring, ATM controllers).
- Manage certification activities with Visa, Mastercard and central bank; handle compliance deliverables.
- Support card embossing/printing environments and turnkey card project activities.
- Perform application-level testing, UAT and process testing; prepare and maintain test cases and runbooks.
- Participate in DR planning and execution for card applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve high-priority SLA-bound incidents; coordinate with infra and development teams.
- Maintain application access, user and role administration and monitor application security aspects.
- Prepare operational reports, support statistics and technical documentation; present findings to stakeholders.
- Work with helpdesk systems and follow ITIL processes to ensure timely ticket resolution.
