Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Centre Manager / Sales Consultant to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon while driving revenue through exceptional client engagement. You will be the first point of contact for clients, the backbone of the team, and the engine behind our sales performance — all delivered with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for beauty.
Key responsibilities:
Centre management
- Oversee smooth day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and client flow
- Manage stock levels, product inventory, and supplier relationships
- Ensure the beauty salon environment meets hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times
- Handle client complaints, escalations, and feedback professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the owner
- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate salon team members
- Conduct staff appraisals and performance reviews
Sales & client development
- Actively promote and upsell treatments, packages, and retail products
- Meet and exceed individual and centre sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat bookings
- Manage and grow the client database; follow up on leads and lapsed clients
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
- Introduce new clients to the salon's service menu and membership options
Requirements
Essential
- 2+ years in a salon or beauty management role
- Proven sales track record in a service or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with booking software and basic reporting
- Passion for the beauty industry
Desirable
- Beauty therapy qualification (CIBTAC / CIDESCO / NVQ or equivalent)
- Experience with CRM or loyalty programme tools
- Knowledge of skincare, hair, or aesthetics trends
- Multilingual skills (advantageous)
