Community Partnerships
- Part of team overseeing overall EPL marketing strategy, and implementation plans of key EPL programmes/fundraising events.
- Support all internal and external communications, ensuring the Charity's branding is consistent and all messaging is aligned to the Charity's corporate strategy.
- Nurture and maintain new and existing corporate community partnerships, plan and implement the strategy for programmes and events to raise awareness and promote the Charity's cause.
- Explore, develop, and market outreach programmes with beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, corporates, community groups, government agencies as appropriate to promote disability & inclusion, the services of the Charity and to fundraise to support its programmes.
- Where appropriate , to engage families from the special needs community with meaningful activities that the charity organises.
- Assist in organising and planning of annual signature fundraising and advocacy events.
CSR & Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporates, non-profit organizations, community groups, educational institutions, and other external partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison for partner CSR-related communications and collaborations.
- Represent the company at CSR events, forums, and public engagements.
Other Functions
- Coordinate volunteer activities related to stakeholder activities with the Charity.
- Monitor trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in CSR trends.
- Support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting as applicable.
- Assist in drafting fundraising and CSR-related communications, organisational reports, and promotional content where required
- Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
- 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
- Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
- Positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments
