ACCOUNT MANAGER - SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

As an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting client relationships and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage day-to-day client needs, help coordinate projects and contribute to delivering outstanding campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of agency or marketing experience, eager to develop their strategic and leadership skills.

We're looking for someone who is not only smart and strategic but also a team player eager to build their career in the advertising industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and participate in client meetings, presentations, and communications with clarity and professionalism.

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support the management of multiple campaigns and projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to track deliverables and deadlines.
  • Identify and escalate any project risks or challenges to senior team members promptly.

Strategic & Creative Assistance

  • Help translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Work alongside strategists and creatives to ensure campaign elements align with client goals.
  • Stay updated on client industries and marketing trends to contribute useful insights.

Team Collaboration

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the agency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising account management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Interest in growing a career in advertising and client management.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
