Role Description

The Accounting Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include recording journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reviewing invoices, assisting with monthly closing activities, supporting financial reporting, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• SOCPA certificate or eligibility for SOCPA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• English (working proficiency).
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
