The New Development System Engineer will play a crucial role as a part of a Global Product Development team and would work closely with the Firmware Developers, Cybersecurity Expert, Test Engineers, V&V Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Compliance Engineer, Principal New Development Architect, Industrialization Manager, Product Manager and Chief Technical Officer to develop industrial Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems in accordance with the industrial norms and compliances to tackle the upcoming market needs.

In this positions you would require becoming an integral part of the New Development team and provide technical support and know-how to innovate, design, prototype, Monobloc AC UPS, Inverters and DC UPS Solution. It will be important that you provide technical expertise in product development, V&V and industrialization activities and develop team members to be autonomous and efficient in dedicated activities. A tendency to challenge the team for the betterment of the organization and improvement of efficiency and the quality of the deliverables is important to bring the best out of the team members.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the team in product designing modelling, prototyping, V&V and defining product features, interfaces, and interactions up to industrialization level.
• Work closely with the new product development team and support and empower them in defining levels of system building-blocks and components- assembly and sub-assembly documentation for internal and customer use.
• Support and guide team members for efficient design rule development and requirement management by defining system and component level requirements based on the marketing and stakeholder requirements.
• Support the incremental development of power electronic components and release-based requirement and test management and documentation.
