Senior System Engineer (Windows Infrastructure)

We're looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer who enjoys designing, building and supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure while driving automation, reliability and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, implement and support enterprise Windows infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid and cloud environments
• Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and IIS
• Manage VMware vSphere / Hyper-V virtualized environments
• Implement backup, disaster recovery and high-availability solutions
• Perform system patching, hardening and infrastructure security improvements
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and scripting
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot complex system issues
• Work closely with infrastructure, security and project teams to deliver stable and secure enterprise platforms
• Produce technical documentation and mentor junior engineers

What We're Looking For

✔ 8+ years of Windows Infrastructure / System Administration experience

✔ Strong hands-on experience with:

• Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
• Active Directory & Group Policy (GPO)
• VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
• PowerShell scripting & automation
• DNS, DHCP & IIS
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• SCCM / WSUS (or equivalent patch management tools)

Bonus Skills

• Azure / AWS / Google Cloud
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Splunk, ELK, Prometheus or similar monitoring tools
• ITIL framework
• Linux administration
• Microsoft / VMware certifications
