The Experience

The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role is part of our Enterprise Sales teams specialized in verticals like Retail & Consumer Goods, Media & Communication, Financial Services or Healthcare & Life Sciences . This team is comprised of elite, forward-thinking sales leaders, industry experts, and strategic visionaries who partner with our most valuable, top-tier clients. Operating in a highly focused model, you will be in charge of a dedicated, select handful of enterprise accounts (or a singular, massive global account) to shape their overarching digital transformation and drive their evolution into an Agentic Enterprise—where autonomous AI agents and humans work together to drive unparalleled success.

We are looking for Strategic Account Executives to lead and orchestrate our highest-value enterprise relationships. In this role, you don't just sell software; you act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers, defining multi-year strategic roadmaps and translating complex business challenges into high-value AI and cloud solutions. You will lead a massive virtual matrix team to deliver a unified vision, balancing short-term commercial execution with long-term partnership value.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Success will be measured by your ability to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR), expand our strategic footprint within your assigned accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and successfully orchestrate internal matrixed teams to execute a unified account strategy.

  • Drive the Account Vision: Partner closely with co-account executives and stakeholders to define, own, and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap for complex, top-tier accounts.
  • Engage the C-Suite: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives. Evangelize AI-powered solutions, platform ecosystems, and digital transformation through strategic, value-based selling and compelling Points of View (POVs).
  • Orchestrate the Matrix: Function as the "Strategic Quarterback" leading a large virtual team. Align Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to ensure a seamless, unified customer experience.
  • Deliver Measurable Value: Translate deep industry trends into tangible business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic workshops that empower customers to achieve their global business objectives.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Navigate high-pressure environments, manage complex annual quota planning, deliver accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve revenue goals.
