Operations Administrator (Part Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Operations Administrator to support our Quantity Surveying team. The successful candidate will assist in carrying out site valuations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Quantity Surveyors in conducting site valuations and measuring completed work.
• Visit project sites to record work progress and verify completed quantities.
• Prepare valuation records and measurement sheets.
• Perform data entry.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the QS team.
• Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Applicants must be of the legal working age in Singapore.
• No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Students, retirees, and individuals seeking part-time work are welcome to apply.
• Physically able to travel to construction sites and walk around active work areas.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) or willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in recording site measurements.
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with the Quantity Surveying team.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions

Working Arrangement

• Part-time position.
• Flexible working hours (approximately 2–4 days per week or as mutually agreed).
• Office located in Singapore, with regular travel to project sites.
• $12/hr
