Job Title: Senior Executive (MD Prog) University-Level Unit: Duke-NUS Medical School Faculty/Department-Level Unit: Office of Education Employee Category: Executive & Administrative Posting Start Date: 05/05/2026 Location_ONB: Outram Campus Job Description

The candidate in this position is responsible for administrative management of various business-related functions for the MD Programme Department.

  • Manage and organise clinical programme platforms, learning resources, and assignments for distribution to students.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical faculty and students to ensure smooth execution of the clinical curriculum modules assigned.
  • Provide cross-cover support to other clinical programme staff responsible for any other modules.
  • Manage finance, budget, policy, and interpretation processes to ensure the smooth running of programmes in the MD Programme, both on a short- and long-term basis.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication among the administrative team, faculty, Healthcare Institution collaborators, and students.
  • Collaborate with the Office of Education Programmes and relevant departments within Duke-NUS to meet shared goals.
  • Work with colleagues from across Office of Education and SingHealth Education Office in operationalising all clinical programmes and assessment-related activities.
  • Support other department tasks/activities, including but not limited to committee meetings, exams, workshops, and retreats.
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the reporting officer. Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior work experience in an academic or healthcare environment would be advantageous.
  • Competent in coordination of major administrative functions.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision making acumen.
  • Possess effective communication and written skills, with the ability to work independently and as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications that facilitate work operations, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
