Product Operations, ShopeePay (1-Year Contract)

About The Team The Business Product Management team drives ShopeePay's mission to expand digital payments across the region. This role supports the team with a focus on feature testing, payment partner integrations, and day-to-day operations.

Job Description

• Plan, write, and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Live Testing test cases for features, ensuring quality and readiness before go-live.
• Review API documentation, understand payment UIUX flows, and support payment partners through integration-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Support day-to-day product operations, including incident management, merchant issue resolution, feature tracking, copywriting updates, and post-maintenance verification testing.

Requirements

• Diploma and above, preferably in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. Candidates with relevant experience in QA testing, product operations, or related areas, preferably in fintech or internet companies, are welcome to apply.
• Passion for payments, fintech, and digital innovation, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, or API testing tools such as Postman is a plus.
