Part-Time Admin & Branding ExecutiveEmployment Type

Part-Time (Flexible hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin & Branding Executive to support our day-to-day administrative operations while assisting with employer branding and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational tasks and creative work.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal events when required.
  • Assist with procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Support HR administration such as onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities.

Branding & Marketing

  • Create engaging social media content for company branding.
  • Design simple marketing materials (e.g. posters, banners, presentations, newsletter).
  • Assist in managing the company's social media platforms.
  • Capture and edit photos/videos during company events.
  • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in administrative support and/or marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating digital content or managing social media accounts.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Working Hours

  • Part-time (approximately 15-20 hours a week)
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs
